We’re Faith and Mitchel, partners in life, parents of two curious kids, and lifelong learners chasing a simpler, more sustainable way of living.

Faith is an environmental professional with a passion for rediscovering farming through a modern, sustainable lens. Mitchel has worn many hats—machinist, arborist, mechanic—and is now diving deeper into agriculture and animal husbandry. Together, we’re blending our backgrounds, skills, and experiences to create a homestead rooted in resilience, creativity, and care for the land.

For years, we’ve been growing our own food, repairing what others might throw away, and designing practical tools and processes that fit our family’s needs. Our goal is to live more intentionally, raise our children with hands-on skills and values, and leave both the land and our community better than we found them.
